- Experienced in battery technologies and applications
- Knowledge of battery types such as lithium-ion, lead-acid, etc.
- Able to perform battery assembly, maintenance, repair, and testing processes
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Practical experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Strong awareness of workplace safety standards
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Preferably a graduate of a vocational school or technical high school
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined
Job Description
- Performing assembly and connection processes of battery packs
- Conducting battery performance and functionality tests
- Carrying out fault detection, repair, and maintenance operations
- Planning, monitoring, and executing preventive maintenance schedules
- Performing regular maintenance of the equipment used
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the working area
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety standards
