General Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse management
- At least 3 years of team management experience
- Experience in using ERP / MRP systems
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to overtime schedules
- Preferably experienced in the manufacturing or defense industry
Job Description
- Ensure that warehouse inbound and outbound processes are carried out regularly, accurately, and efficiently
- Ensure that materials required for production are prepared and delivered on time according to work orders created by the production planning department
- Monitor warehouse inventory regularly and maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure that stock movements are correctly recorded in the ERP system
- Manage goods receiving processes and inspect incoming materials
- Ensure materials are properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Plan and maintain an efficient warehouse layout and material flow
- Plan and conduct periodic inventory counts
- Coordinate with purchasing and accounting departments regarding stock and delivery note processes
- Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and manage daily warehouse operations
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with occupational health & safety and quality procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse experience in defense, manufacturing, or engineering companies
- Experience with barcode systems and warehouse automation
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
