SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Production Engineer

Job Description:
- Monitor and improve production processes in the SMT assembly line
- Perform quality control using AOI systems and conduct defect analysis
- Identify electronic board defects during production and support troubleshooting processes
- Provide technical support for visual inspection, rework, and manual soldering processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for production efficiency and quality
- Gain technical knowledge of SMT machines and processes and participate in process development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, or Communication Engineering
- Interest in electronic board production, SMT lines, or AOI systems
- Willingness to work on the production floor
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a shift-based schedule
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the European side of Istanbul
- For male candidates: completed or exempt from military service
