Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Unit Leader to manage our company’s manufacturing operations effectively, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for Production, Production Planning, Quality Management, process improvement, and team coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Manage and improve production processes in compliance with quality standards
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time and efficiently
- Monitor the implementation and sustainability of quality management systems
- Analyze production performance and carry out efficiency improvement initiatives
- Establish, optimize, and manage domestic mass production lines and automation applications
- Optimize the use of raw materials, workforce, and machinery
- Work in coordination with maintenance, warehouse, purchasing, and quality departments
- Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations on the production floor
- Manage, motivate, and support the development of the production team
- Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from the Engineering Faculties of universities
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management
- Experienced in production planning and quality management
- Preferably knowledgeable about the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
