Job Description
We are looking for a Fixed-Wing Systems Process and Final Quality Control Specialist who will ensure the implementation of quality standards in the production processes of fixed-wing UAV systems, monitor production processes, and perform final quality inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform process quality inspections during the production stages of fixed-wing aircraft
- Conduct final quality inspections to verify product conformity
- Support the identification of nonconformities and the initiation of corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure that inspection and acceptance forms are completed accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Experience in quality control within the aviation, defense, or manufacturing sectors
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of composite materials, mechanical assembly, or aviation production processes
- Experience in using measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and electronic testing devices
- Knowledge of electric motors or turboprop engines
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills
