Job Description
We are seeking a Production Support Personnel to support quality, organization, and operational efficiency within our drone manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting final product inspections and supporting warehouse and shipping activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical final inspections of completed products on the production line.
- Carry out sorting, classification, labeling, and packaging of parts and components.
- Monitor the flow of materials and products between the warehouse and production line, and support the accurate maintenance of inventory records.
- Assist the production team in preparing products for shipment.
- Support inventory tracking activities and report shortages or discrepancies to the relevant departments.
- Help maintain order and organization within production and warehouse areas.
- Work in compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Preferably graduated from a vocational high school or vocational college in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Ability to perform physical inspection, sorting, classification, and packaging activities.
- Capable of conducting final production inspections accurately and thoroughly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Disciplined, organized, and systematic working approach.
