Production Test Technician

We are looking for a Production & Test Technician who is technically proficient, knowledgeable in drone systems, and ready to take part in the production and testing processes of our FPV drone systems.
Job Description
Perform functional tests of drone systems coming off the production line.
Inspect and verify components including motors, ESCs, flight controllers, GPS, telemetry, and power systems.
Conduct tests and basic inspections on LiPo and Li-Ion battery packs.
Perform product validation in accordance with established testing procedures.
Report detected malfunctions/defects and coordinate closely with the technical team.
Accurately record and log all test results.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the production and testing area.
Requirements / Qualifications
Strong interest in and technical knowledge of Drone / UAV systems.
Hands-on aptitude with electronic and technical equipment.
Ability to use basic measurement and testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Eager to learn and adaptable to a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on FPV drone experience.
Familiarity with Pixhawk, Ardupilot, or Betaflight ecosystems.
Soldering skills and basic electronics experience.
Prior experience in production, technical service, or testing roles.
Knowledge of battery management and battery systems.
